Welcome to Jordan Connector. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between your organization ("Customer", "you") and Apps Valley ("Company", "we", "our" or "us") governing your use of the Jordan Connector software service ("Service"), which enables connection between your accounting system (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, or ZohoBooks) and Jordan for sending invoices and sales receipts.
By registering for and using the Service, you agree on behalf of your organization to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register for or use the Service.
Apps Valley grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for the purpose of integrating your organization's accounting system with Jordan for sending invoices and sales receipts.
To access the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate information about your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of Apps Valley. This Agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Service.
We will process your organization's data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate and that you have necessary permissions to share it with us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Apps Valley disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Apps Valley be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Service, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Apps Valley has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and we will delete or return your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between your organization and Apps Valley regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
